peoples mistakes and heartbreaks

so many people i know are getting married
 it's weird
its unsettling
its too soon
but it's also not my place to say anything
i love them all
i care about them
and i support their decision
but that doesn't mean i agree with it
what happened to the days in young women's when they taught
"support young men to go on missions"
"dress modestly so they can avoid temptation"
"be virtuous"
"be an example"
"have the goal for a temple marriage"
"strive to be sealed to your family forever"
"priesthood holder"
what happened?
why is all of this happening?
again?
does everyone just want to be independent so soon
that they just want to throw their lives away?
I'm glad they are getting married but have they ever
stopped to think of how they are going to pay for everything they need?
or want?
what about their education?
their jobs?
minimum wage isn't going to cover everything
i love them
i care for them
and yet this shock isn't going to go away
i have known for three days
i found out before his brother
now what?
whats next?
